- As our barbecue models are made individually for each order, a manufacturing time of 15 to 20 days should be expected between the order date and the shipping date.

This Original model, with its very robust design, will satisfy you for many years thanks to its 100% 3mm steel construction.

It is equipped with a charcoal grate which allows it to constantly stoke your embers and protect the body of the barbecue; this grate, like the barbecue itself, is laser-cut in France from 3mm thick steel.

Version 3, now with a reinforced hearth plate between the body and the cooking area.

This system provides a constant flow of air to feed your embers for better combustion and more even cooking.

It also offers increased longevity (the bottom of the tank is no longer in direct contact with the embers).

The principle behind our chimney-style barbecue allows you to cook over a wood fire and/or charcoal. It offers the advantage of being able to maintain a bed of embers without affecting or interrupting the cooking of your food. The wood/charcoal inserted into the chimney is quickly ignited by the natural draft, creating uniform embers. Once in the firebox, these embers are continuously stoked by our fire plate system.

Our Šulcs-BBQ barbecues are designed to last for many years, particularly robust over time, they are entirely made of 3mm thick steel (body, legs and charcoal plate), the cuts are made by laser which allows a perfect fit, the cooking plates are cut from solid 3mm thick stainless steel, for a total weight of about 35Kg in XL version.

Our products are particularly robust over time; they are entirely designed and manufactured in France, more precisely in the Lyon region.

The cutting of the body and the cooking plates is carried out south of Lyon, as is the assembly and the manufacture of the accessories (ember puller and handling tongs for the cooking grids).
