Orders & Delivery
What are the shipping times?
Orders are shipped within 2 business days . You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your package is picked up by the carrier.
Which carriers do you use?
We work with several carriers depending on the weight and destination:
- La Poste (Colissimo) — lightweight orders, tracking included
- Mondial Relay — delivery to a collection point
- Chronopost / DPD — express home delivery
- UPS — orders over 30 kg
Do you ship internationally?
We primarily deliver within mainland France . For any delivery requests outside of France, please contact us at contact@sulcs-bbq.fr or by phone at +33 6 64 79 08 46 so that we can review your request.
Can I track my order?
Yes, every order is tracked. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your package is shipped. You can then track your delivery directly on the carrier's website using the provided tracking number.

Are my payments secure?
Yes, absolutely. All payments are encrypted and secured via Stripe , one of the world's most trusted online payment systems. Your bank details are never stored on our servers.
Our products
Are your products made in France?
Yes! Our barbecues and rocket stoves are designed and manufactured entirely in France , in our workshop. We use 3mm laser-cut steel to guarantee strength and durability. Why make things complicated when you can keep them simple and robust?
What is the difference between the Original model and the Classic model?
Our barbecues are available in several categories:
- Original — our flagship model with a clean design, ideal for versatile use (kebabs, griddle, direct cooking).
- Classic — a version with a traditional design, just as robust, perfect for lovers of classic barbecue.
- Table / Portable — compact version for use on the go or on the terrace.

Are high-temperature paints suitable for wood-burning stoves?
Yes, our high-temperature paints are compatible with wood-burning stoves, inserts, fireplaces, and barbecues . They withstand temperatures up to 900°C and are specially formulated for metal surfaces exposed to high heat. Available in aerosol cans or pots.
What type of paint should I choose to renovate my barbecue?
To renovate a barbecue, we recommend:
- A high-temperature undercoat to properly prepare the surface.
- High temperature paint 900 °C (preferably matte black for the forged look) as a finish.
For areas exposed to direct flame heat, choose the ultra-high temperature version. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Returns & Customer Service
How do I return or exchange a product?
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. To initiate a return, please contact us by email at contact@sulcs-bbq.fr , specifying your order number and the reason for the return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product.
My product is defective, what should I do?
If your product is defective upon receipt, please contact us within 48 hours at contact@sulcs-bbq.fr , attaching photos of the problem. We will quickly find a suitable solution: replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
