Version 3, (2020) now with a charcoal plate between the body and the cooking grate (or skewers),

The principle of our chimney barbecue allows you to cook over a wood fire, to make your embers and your coal and above all, the advantage is to be able to continue to make embers without affecting or interrupting the cooking of your grills.
Sulcs BBQ barbecues are designed to last for many years, particularly robust over time, they are entirely made of 3mm thick steel (body, feet and charcoal plate), the cutouts are made by laser. which allows a perfect fit, the cooking plates are cut from 304L stainless steel, also 3 mm thick, for a total weight of around 35 kg in the XL version.
They are particularly robust over time, and are entirely designed and manufactured in France, in the Lyon region more precisely.
The cutting of the body and the cooking plates is carried out in the south of Lyon, the assembly also with the manufacture of the accessories (ember puller and handling pliers for the cooking grids), the special paint is made in the south of France .

Bonjour, J'ai voulu acheter ce type de barbecue "à la russe" quand j'en ai vu lors de mon voyage au Kazakhstan. Celui ci est de plutôt bonne qualité mais quelques défauts de conception seraient à améliorer: La barre du milieu du bac à braises, sensée éviter la déformation je suppose, est trop haute. Cela empêche de faire tourner des pièces sur le tournebroche correctement. En plus elle est assez gênante pour nettoyer. En dessous de la poignée il faudrait une trappe, on pourrait y glisser l'outil qui sert à tirer les braises sans devoir soulever la grille, avec toutes les saucisses dessus qui tombent dans la braise... Cela permettrait aussi de tirer les cendres plus facilement.

Bonjour M. Stevan, tout d'abord, je tenais à vous remercier d'avoir pris le temps de partager votre avis sur ce modèle Original XL qui est le premier modèle que nous avions créé. Ce dernier a reçu plusieurs évolutions au fil des années avec notamment le renfort cylindrique dont vous parlez. Sur la deuxième version, il était soudé, ce qui était problématique pour de la cuisson au tournebroche. En suivant les retours de notre clientèle, nous avons donc modifié la conception en rendant la barre de renfort amovible grâce à sa fixation par deux vis hexagonales. Comme vous l'avez évoqué, je vous confirme qu'il s'agit d'un renfort garantissant une plus grande rigidité de la cuve de cuisson qui permet d'éviter toute déformation sur le long terme. Concernant la trappe d'ouverture, nous avions tenté sur un prototype cette solution qui n'était pas pratique du fait de la taille du barbecue. C'est pour cette raison que nous avons récemment redessiné la première ouverture en "L" qui permet à la grille de cuisson d'être automatiquement maintenue en position verticale afin de pouvoir accéder à la cheminée et au bac de cuisson facilement sans avoir besoin de la tenir ou de la déposer au sol.
